Opensuite is a client server application written in Powerbuilder using highly object oriented and allowing for Rapid Application Development (RAD) and consists of the following modules.

  • OpenFinancial™ – Financial modules General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Bank And Cash Management and Credit Control.
  • OpenDistribution™ – Inventory, Bills Of Materials, Purchasing, Sales Order Management mainly focusing on Order Management functionalities. OpenDistribution™ handles the maintenance, procurement and sale of products and it encompasses all aspects of distribution management particularly inventory management and order management.
  • OpenHR2000™ – Offers a highly localized Malaysian Human Resource Information System that not only adheres to local statutory requirements but also allows organizations to create standards, practices, and policies that is in line with the organizations goals. Organizations with distributed operations have an added challenge, where its people are throughout the country, in remote locations, and of varying backgrounds and education level. Modularized to Attendance Management, Compensation And Benefits, Employee Relations, Medical Administration, Employee Self Service Enablers, Payroll Administration, Performance Management, Recruitment Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management and Training Management System.
  • OpenRCMS™ – OpenRCMS™ offers retailers and front line counters an all-in-one POS with friendly graphical user interface (GUI). The pieces of retail management jigsaw comprise of Point Of Sales with customer relationship capability, Piper and Merchandiser.
    • RCMS Piper is the backbone that bridges the outlet or branch operation with the head quarter’s (HQ) back office application system. Designed to provide two-way information flows via modem dial-up or leased lines, it updates remote outlets on information such as new stock codes, pricing change and promotional activities. It also dynamically updates the head office with the outlet's daily sales transaction information, stock movement and customer information captured at the front end POS system.
    • The Merchandiser functions as a simplified version of an inventory management system at the outlet that manages stock transfers, stock queries, product description and sales history for each item and generates auto messages on minimum stock levels.
    • Point of Sales (POS) - An effective and more importantly efficient POS front system translates to optimal in-flow of revenue to retails. Potential customers appreciate fuss free and quick transactions over the counter. POS provides comprehensive functionality for outlet operations from the point of receiving cash or card sale, provision of services up to maintenance of customer information. Its familiar Windows look and feel eases operational efficiency and minimal training is required. It further extends its functionality to seamlessly integrate with other peripherals such as: Bar code scanner/reader, Cash drawer, Receipt printer, LCD display unit. POS contains a complete toolbox for outlet to improve their bottom line as it provides the capability and capacity to perform the followings: Monitoring staff sales performance, Monitor staff time and attendance, Design and generate customer care program.
