Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Attends to customers' queries/requests/complaints tactfully and  professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents and parcels.
  • Assist in general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM
  • Experience in receptionist duties will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, a quick learner and with pleasant personality.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications with accurate and fast typing skills.
  • Pleasant personality, presentable appearance with cheerful disposition.
  • Perform effectively under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
