Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
- Attends to customers' queries/requests/complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents and parcels.
- Assist in general administrative duties.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM
- Experience in receptionist duties will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, a quick learner and with pleasant personality.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications with accurate and fast typing skills.
- Pleasant personality, presentable appearance with cheerful disposition.
- Perform effectively under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
